I registered for My BT which seemed to go fine. I received the activation/confirmation email, but when I tried to click on the link it told me to wait ten minutes. I had to go out so couldn't do that at the time. Upon returning home, I tried to click on the activation link again and was told it had expired and to log in to ask for a new activation email. I go to log in and receive a message saying I am not activated! It does give me a request button for a new activation email, but I click on that and get a red error bar saying, 'something has gone wrong'. So I am totally frozen out of MyBT. I was going to ring customer service but none of the options given for customer service numbers do not relate to this query and seem to be automated. A non-existent customer service from BT.
