I left BT over a week ago. This morning I got an email from BT telling me my final bill is ready to view online. Go online and there are no bills (not even my old ones). BT has removed all access to them.
This is just plain dumb BT. Use some common sense. Why don't you leave online bills available to view and download for say 6 weeks after a customer has left like most normal companies do?

Hi @jaybeetoo sorry you are unable to access your bill online.
The bill should be available to view once issued. Do you have an option to change the account number on the drop down? If so it could be an old account it is taking you to when you log in. Post back and let me know how you get on.

It could be made a lot clearer in the email and/or on the web site.
