Can't access my bills via My BT

I am no longer able to view my bills via My BT. I can log in OK and see a message saying my bill has been paid but when I click on the link to view my bill the screen changes but never comes back with the bill. This has been happening for some time now.

Thanks for posting back!

Sorry for the problems you're having viewing your bills on your My BT profile.  Can you try logging in using a different browser?
