I Can't activate my 12 months free Xbox game pass and it's getting silly now same error for 2 weeks!
I get the following message and then customer service tells me to do the same thing over and over again
I am receiving the following message, "We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2". I contacted customer services who asked me to wait 24 hours and try again. I have done and still can't do it!!
Please if anyone can help as I've rang like 5 times now and it's always the same outcome of nothing happening.
My brother had a similar thing and he got it sorted by calling up and they had to submit a form to Microsoft directly he needed his email address and Xbox id but was sorted in a few days following that.
