When I go to my details it tells me I need to update my BT profile. I choose my email address and enter my password, but clicking the button to save changes does nothing.
I also have multiple accounts on my account. No idea why. Only one is active.
I was spending the day changing all my passwords to unique ones - however I can't on BT..
If I go to My Details, then I get a big yellow box asking me to update my profile.. however the page to update the profile doesn't work. My whole account online is a mess to be honest with multiple accounts, and the same email address more than once, one with a capital letter and one without.
Asks me which email address I want to use to update my profile - I pick one and it says it is already in use and to choose another email address..
