Can’t extend the contract

Hi

Promotional price of my contract is end on may and I can’t extend that contract via bt app or bt website, I see 3 offers for me but when I choose any of them on next page I get error ”this offer is no longer avalaible...”. I try via phone call but she I try to call there is silence in my phone.

Is it any way to extend contract? Please I dont want to pay double more than now.

Try phoning the options team 0800800030. And see what you can negotiate.  You will agree a new contract not extend an existing contract
