Can't get into My BT & BT ID/password are correct, I get Mail only! )

Trying to view my bill.

Whenever I click thru the e-mail link, or rch and go in long hand, after log in MY BT does not load and I get taken to Mail.

What's going on??

Hi @JerryLee sorry about that, can you try clearing your cookies and cache in your web browser then login with your primary BT ID on this link MyBT. Post back to let me know if that works.

Really wierd,

Simply tried your link above to MyBT ( Instead of the one at the of of the home page ) and it worked!  Hadn't cleared cache or cookies yet!
