Can't log in to My BT, Just redirects me to emails.

Every time I try to log in to view my bill I just get redirected to email viewer. I've tried on my phone using the my bt app, using the browser on my phone, tablet and pc but every instance just redirects me to my email account. I used to be able to view it with no problems in the (admittedly distant) past. I only have the one email address and I used to be able to access billing and account info using said address. I've seen other posts with the same problem but can't see the solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
