Can’t log in to my account on the BT website

For the past few days I haven’t been able to log into my account on bt.com. I can navigate to the home page fine but when I click on ‘log in’ on the My BT section the page takes forever to load and when it eventually does it says:

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in my.bt.com.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I’m using Google Chrome on a MacBook Air. Never had this problem before. Any one else having the same problem or know a solution?

Although not using a Mac I have not been able to replicate the issue on chrome.  I would imagine if it was a wider issue the forum would have been flooded with comments and threads.

I would try clearing the browsing history, cache and cookies or try a different browser. Also if you are using a favourited link to page then type it from fresh
