I am a new customer and cannot log into my account, I have received an email saying a payment is overdue but can't pay it and can't contact BT I any way, I am out of the country so cannot phone them, I am very frustrated, Lisa
Hi, how are you trying to log on?
I can see that the “MY BT” icon is not showing itself at the top of every web page. If you chose say “TV” and go to the TV page, the “MY TV” icon appears.

Thanks for the advice but still can't log in it says sorry we can't access your account and underneath it is says we couldn't find any account details for that BT ID and still can't contact someone from BT. HELP .
OK. I will get a Mod to see if they can help.
