Can't login to MY BT

I've had a BT email account for many years and I used to have a BT infinity broadband account. I've just gone back to a BT TV/internet package, namely the VIP Full Fibre 500 after 4 years with Virgin. The equipment duly arrived and was installed yesterday and is up and running.

However, I've only had text messages from BT regarding the installation following ordering the service by phone. I've had no emails from BT at all and whilst I can still access my email account when I try to login to MY BT it just loops back to the email. I can't seem to access my account information at all.

Please help!
