Hi, can anyone help me see my bills online please? I have logged in to my BT account and select ‘view bills’ but all I get is my email package come up. No matter what subject I select I always get the Manage BT email page!! What am I doing wrong?
Hi @Slatcher welcome to the forum and sorry you are unable to view your bills online.
As you can log in ok for email it looks like you have not claimed the account holder status. You will need your BT account number then check out What is a BT ID and how can I get one?
