Cancel Netflix

How do i cancel my netflix? This is being charged to me via my BT account each month.

As far as i knew i didnt have a netflix account - when i logged into netflix it created me an account asking which plan i wanted to sign up for - I cancelled / deleted this.

When I go into MyBT online account > Your Products > TV and Sport it does not show netflix and ony offers me to add TV and / or Sports?
