Cancellation Fee Query

Hello, 

 

I have 75 days left on my BT Broadband and TV, combined they find to just over £129 per month.

 

How do I work out my cancellation fee for both please ?

Thank you, I'd seen that but it doesn't give a definitive answer IMO(what costs do they save on 6 weeks as one example) hence question on here

As this is a customer to customer self help forum, any answers you get on here will be speculation rather than fact as nobody will be in possession of your full circumstances.

If you want a definitive answer you will need to call BT customer services.

The following is not exact but it works out at roughly what you would pay if your contract ran to it terminaton date, in your case more or less £320.

I doubt your email will get much response from BT. I would try message now to billing and they should be able to help
