Cancellation

Why is it that my request to cancel my BT subscription as not happened and that i was told i would recieve a phone call back and not recieved one, i told them to call me back on my mobile as i have unplugged my landline phone 

They still keep sending me bills and the cancellation request was about 1 month ago 

I also told them i did not want it renewing and it looks like they have renewed my contract 

We dont use the services now so not paying for something we dont use

are you a BT broadband and phone customer or just have phone?  are you still in fixed term contract or has that expired and now on rolling monthly contract?

If you have broadband and phone with BT then you cannot just cancel the phone part
