Good evening
I have had nothing but issues with my broadband, on two occasions the broadband went down for over a week with and it not being resolved. After several phone conversations I said I would cancel the contract after having for around 1 month. BT reluctantly agreed, however, i have not received any confirmation of my contract being cancelled. I have called and they say yes but only after I have told them I have cancelled. Any help to find out how I actually find out with proof that it has been cancelled?
