I put my order 28/12/20, I then changed my mind and contacted you to cancel order on the 3/1/21. I received an email on the 4/1/21 saying it has been cancelled.
I've since then received texts telling me when engineer was going to turn up, was able to reply to that asking to cancel, but even though it's be confirmed, i've received hub and tv box, and text/email today telling me everything is up and running, engineer didn't turn up as requested but order status said he'd been and gone - line and internet up and running, but I don't even have a BT socket installed.
Has been bit of a farce, after receiving equipment thought about changing my mind but whole process has been poor. Put a complaint in but heard nothing back yet.
