I don’t honestly know where to begin.
Hoping someone here may be able to help as over 10 different members of staff haven’t been able to when I have called.
We left BT in July. I have a months notice but once that was up I didn’t get a final bill as explained. I returned all equipment and they verified that. Any time I call they put me through to the connections team who then calls open reach and it’s the same saga every single time.
I get given a false date it will be closed by and then another bill comes around and they are forced to refund me again .
this is theft! They have owed us over £200 now. I give up calling. I’ve cancelled my direct debit so now my credit file is at risk. I’m so exhausted with if all and sick of nobody taking it seriously. How can you not know why the account won’t close?!? It’s ridiculous.
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They will advise you by posting on this thread. It may take a few days because of the festive season.

I am sorry that you're still being charged despite moving your services away from us in July. I appreciate the time you have taken since then to try and sort this out and to be completely honest - you shouldn't have had to do that.
