Cancelled my contract with BT at the beginning of May, to take effect beginning of June, which was confirmed by BT email. However I'm still being billed for broadband and anytime calls. I've tried online chat, called three times and spent hours on hold but while people can see that part of my contract wasn't properly cancelled, they put me through to someone else who either can't help, or I get cut off, or they say it'll be sorted but it isn't.... I could stop the DD to stop the money going out but then I understand I'll struggle to get back the money I shouldn't have paid. PLEASE can someone help me out here?
