Cancelled no refund

I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago (due to it being fulfilled totally inaccurately) and have still not received a refund.

I followed up on 7 Nov and was promised that money would be credited back to my account within 48 hours.

And guess what still no money.

Is it BT policy to defraud potential cutomers ? So far I have spent about 8 hours trying to get thgos sorted out......

And just now BT "support" has asked me if someone else's incident ticket has been resolved.

I am trying to get resolution with Live Chat in India but it iscompleted pointless.

The latest update is they credited my BT account but didnt refund my bank account.

They send me the complaints prtocedure and are now refusing to follow it.

 

Totally unbelievable and ruining what should be the sytrongest telecoms brand in UK.

If the credits have been applied then they're usually refunded back to your acount once the final bill has been produced. I can check what's going on with this for you. Can you please drop me over an email with the details? You'll get the contact the moderators link in my profile.

Just when I thought BT had hit rock bottom.

 

BT not only has failed to refund my account 1 month after cancellation but they have no taken it upon themselves to start removing money that they have no legal right to.....

 

Perhaps I am subsidising the bonus of the "Managing" Director, "Customer Care" ??
