Is there anywhere I can even find out prior to calling, how much it will cost me to terminate?
If you have completed the initial 12 month contract, then you only have to give 30 days notice to cancel. If you are still in a contract, then the helpdesk will tell you how much it will cost, before you agree to it.
They will also be a charge for the YouView box, if you have not completed the initial contract.
If you have completed the contract, then the box is yours to keep. This does not apply to new contracts after 13th December 2019, where the box is only loaned, and must be returned.
