Cancelling Broadband Package

I have an 18 month Broadband Package contract which expires  May2019

Following the recent price rise I am thinking of cancelling the service.

I understand that I can cancel with no penalty, however I have paid 12 months line rental upfront which finishes at the end of November2018.

Each month my bill includes a monthly broadband package cost of £30.99 along with a credit of £18.99.

My question is, if I switch providers will the unused pre-paid line rental amount be refunded?
