Hi I recently signed up to Now TV monthly sport pass via BT TV. I now want to cancel it. If I try to via my Now Tv app on laptop be it says I have to do it via MyBT. When on MyBT there seems no option to cancel the subscription. I am reluctant to phone BT as I have already had 2 calls of over 40mins waiting to get through. Any advice would be gratefully received.
