I recently did an upgrade that I decided to cancel within the 14 days, the order is still showing as open and the cancellation as pending on my order history, it’s preventing me from seeing my old deal and package and proving to be an issue when I call trying to find out about leaving BT to go to another provider, any advice please?
Ring 0800 800 150, speak with the 'Connections' team as they deal with orders in progress, tell them to cancel it and raise a DSR revert incase any parts have already completed.
