My contract was expired 31.10.2018. I sent email 23.09.2018, that i don't want to renew my contract because I moving out from UK. Today 1.11.2018 i recived new bill from 1.11.- 30.11.2018.
What can I do? Please help.

Not renewing your contract is not the same as cancelling your service.
You can only cancel your service by phone on 0800 783 1401
