Cancelling contract issue

Hi, 

My contract was expired 31.10.2018. I sent email 23.09.2018, that i don't want to renew my contract because I moving out from UK. Today 1.11.2018 i recived new bill from 1.11.- 30.11.2018.

What can I do? Please help.

Not renewing your contract is not the same as cancelling your service.

You can only cancel your service by phone on 0800 783 1401

I add on message that i do not to use BT after contract. Why only by phone?

Hi @MichalBojo91,

What @licquorice has said is correct, you would need to call BT in order to cancel your service.

Did you get any reply to the email you sent in September?
