Since I have left London during the coronavirus period for good, I decide to end the wifi service after my existing wifi contract ends in the coming months. I have been trying to call BT for the cancellation, but they did not pick up my call... I dont want to be charged of the wifi service that I did not subscribe to voluntarily.
Any way that I can cancel it other than calling them?
