I cannot claim my reward card that was offered as part of my broadband package which started on July 2nd. I have been told to wait 30 days but still no luck. I have phoned the loyalty team multiple time and they keep saying the same thing. "They have put the request to get it sent out and someone will contact me". I have phoned about 6 times already in the past month and no one can seem to help.
When I go to by.com/claimmyreward it shows the picture of the card but no link to claim it and it expires at the end of September.
I'm not sure what to do now. It's getting ridiculous.

Yes, it takes me to the reward page and shows me a picture of the reward card that I'm eligiable for with some terms and conditions but there is no link to claim it.
It goes to the same page where it says
Claim your reward
Expiry Date: 30 Sep 2019
Your reward will be sent to your BT Broadband installation address or the address we sent your BT Mobile SIM or phone to.
And then followed by the terms and conditions but no way to actually claim it.
Not sure then.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
