Cannot access anything on My BT Homepage

Help ...........I can sign in to MY BT account but I cannot access to pay bill or any other info.  Page comes up say Service Unavailable.  This service is temporarily unavailable. ..........Am I locked out??  If so how do I get unlocked??

No, it's not just you. I get that if I try to view my bill.

I am in the same boat!  Please help me to get out of this endless merry-go-round of btid --> email --> mybt --> email.  My btid and email are the same and have been for years too...
What is the solve, what are you all doing to sort this?

I'm experiencing the same issue, as well, is there a solution to this to allow me to view my bills? Mine has been experiencing this issue for close to a week now.
