I placed an order for full fibre2 on 28 Jul , the offer is including a £100 BT reward card
And my broadband has been activated on 08 Sep
but when I want to claim my reward card, the website shows 'There are no rewards waiting to be claimed '
Can anyone help?
Hi @yingwu welcome to the forum and sorry that your reward card is not showing as available to claim. As you were only connected today please can you check after 14 days have passed and if you are still unable to claim the reward card post back and we'll be happy to get the claim processed for you.
