Cannot claim reward card

Hello,

Unfortunately I seem to be yet another person unable to claim their reward card - I tried both methods in https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Rewards-Cards/m-p/1833848#M97036 and I cannot see anywhere to claim the card, although it is listed in my rewards. Please help?

Hi @jjaann

If you have been unable to apply for your reward via the webform you can also email them by using the chase my BT reward form

Glad it’s on it’s way. It can take upto 14 days, but let us know when it arrives. And happy spending 😀
