Everytime I try to log in and place an order online I get the message, "Sorry, the postcode provided is different to the postcode where service is provided on this account. Please check and re-enter."
I have tried several times with the live chat but nobody seems to know how to fix this.
Can anyone help?

I am currently with BT and have been for several years
I have my landline, broadband and tv with them and only want to order an extra SIM only deal for my dad
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
