For the past week when I log into my BT account online I get this message:
"Sorry something's gone wrong
There's been a problem getting your account details.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly."
It has been like this for a week. I have been through the helpdesk chat system which is utterly useless with questions about which browser I am using, what device I am using which are totally irrelevent. I spent almost an hour alone this morning and was cut off twice by the chat reps ! All we are doing is going round in circles - why can't I just raise it as a problem then have them go away and look into it and fix it ?
Can Anyone help please I am at my wits end and am genuinely stressed out from dealing with BT's help operatives who simply do not seem to have a clue what they are doing.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
