So I have had the button appearing on my BT saying my offer price was coming to an end. I rang in April as I more concerned about the price going up than needing an upgrade (I am on FTTP 250 with whole home Wi-fi and Halo).
When I Rang I had the same issues as mentioned in this post ie no full fibre products available, however renewal date not until June so said I would leave it a month.
I rang yesterday at about 4pm got straight through to someone in the value team and upgraded to 900. Roll on Tuesday.
I think maybe they have found a way to solve the problems
I had the same trouble. Unable to upgrade online and had to call to order. I did have major issues with speeds at the start but happy to say all my issues have now resolved. Upgraded from 250 which I was still in contract for another 7 months to the 900.
I been told on the 26th Full Fibre should be fully live last week from BT, I'll hold till tomorrow or Wednesday
It’s a shame nobody from BT can advise on here on what’s going on despite the number of pages on this thread
I have tried the offer to upgrade and still showing the old FTTP package "FTTP 250"
Thanks for the message, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have just spoken with our product team and they have confirmed that as from Monday last week Openreach have relaxed restrictions on home visits. There are a number of factors that Openreach will take into account before attending someones home but they have started again 😀
