Strange your phone number or address works in the dslchecker  try post code but that is least accurate

Does your landline work or is it dead with no dial tone

@imjolly My landline is working.

I can’t get a return on any of the checks, phone number,  postcode or address

That really is odd as people who are not BT customers get the address and post code check to work just not phone number  -  unless you are on DV  phone number does not work but addressdoes

It appears to be all down, I’ve tried multiple addresses/ phone numbers.

looks like the whole websites broken.

As you have and others have said the problem is there is a waiting list so no connections are available to you
