Cash back cheque not arrived

I’ve received my BT reward card I got when I signed up to BT , but I still haven’t received my cash back cheque which I was told I would receive within 45 days. Any help please?

PS please include the 3rd party website the order was placed via offering the cashback cheque.

Hi @Caleb08 I called earlier sorry I could not reach you. I just wanted to confirm that the promotions team have updated me to say that they have manually processed your cheque and this will be delivered within the next 30 days. 

Please post back after this time period has expired and let me know if you have received it or not and I'll chase it up again for you in required.
