Cashback Cheque not received as yet

I joined BT earlier this year (08th March activation & order number is *Edited by Mod* and as part of the joining deal I was promised a £150 Mastercards reward card ad £50 cheque. 

I have received my mastercard and despite claiming for the cheque, I have not received it. 

Please could somebody help get this sorted?

Hi @tanveerym Sorry you have not received your cashback cheque.

Can you tell me what 3rd party website (ie MSE) that the cashback cheque was from? Post back and let me know.

Hi John

Thanks for the quick reply. I had initally seen the offer on the MSE website and I clicked on get the deal which took me to the BT webpage where I purchased the deal.

@tanveerym I'm really sorry about the delay with your cashback cheque, I've raised a complaint with the cashback team and will get back to you when they update me.

Hi @tanveerym I called there but missed you, the cashback team have replied to me advising that they have made arrangements to get your cashback cheque  sent out. Regrettably this can take up to 30 days to arrive and I apologise for the delay.
