Cashback cheque has not arrived

Apologies for the repeat but like others my cheque has not arrived and I've had no response via email.

Any help would be greatly received. Thanks

Hi paddy, thanks for the reply.
Yes my fibre was up and running.
I applied for the card at the same time and that came through fine.
The deal was through money saving expert.

Hi @editmonkey what date was the claims form filled in? It can up to 45 days for the cheque to arrive.

It's over 45 days, hence me asking for help.
Form was filled in at the same time as the card request, no confirmation received so not sure of exact day but it was done at the same time as the card and that was sent out on the 16th oct.
