Cashback declined

I signed up to BT and had a variety of problems with lots of order numbers, etc. but I was assured my cashback via TopCashback would be accepted. I've checked my account and it has been declined. Please can I have this looked into so I can have my cashback as promised.

I'm sorry there's been problems with the order etc. Can you confirm the first 3 letters of the online reference?

Honestly, I've had so many orders it is hard to keep track. The original order (I think), began AJM.
