Cease and Reprovide: Emergency

Hi,

I have recently purchased BT wifi package. An engineer was due to complete the installation on the 15 the of September but he could not do so because of issues with my box. OpenReach was able to solve the issue but said that I needed to complete a cease and reprovide with BT to get my hub up and running. I have spent the past 2 days trying to contact BT and get the issue sorted. But at every point I have been provided with contradicting information. Please can someone help me. My University starts next week and I need my wifi to be working so I can attend my classes
