Change Account from manager to holder

For some reason, my account has me now set up as the manager rather than the holder.  For the last few weeks, I have been unable to view the bt tv apps and bt sport app because you need to be the account holder.  I know there is a link to change this in My BT, unfortunately, this just takes you to another page and does nothing.   

Additionally, I am having to change my password around twice a week, my passwords all autosave an I can remember them as well so I inputting the correct password, however, this comes up with an incorrect password.  So frustrating.

Had too many issues with my BT accounts this year, Ive had years of good service from BT but this year has been poor, will really have to consider the options when my contracts for Broadband, TV and phones run out.
