Change my order

I ordered a 24months subscription but I don’t want that much, how can I change it ?

Hi @elitrc welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I presume you're a new customer and have ordered broadband? If so we only offer 24 month contracts.

Okay but I will not stay more than one year in my flat because I’m a student. Will be possible to stop the subscription in the middle ?

@elitrc Thanks for getting back to me, I didn't realise you were a student.

In that case, we do have student broadband deals lasting 9 or 12 months. You'll need to cancel the current order and reorder one of the packages that suit. I'd recommend contacting the loyalty team on 0800 800 150 they'll be able to arrange for the order you've placed to be cancelled.
