I admit it has taken me a while to notice but since my November 2019 bill the layout and BT logo have changed. This may have been triggered when I was automatically upgraded to this Halo service. I tried to find out more about what this Halo service actually was but was unsuccessful and therefore I did not want to upgrade to something when I did not know what it was. I still don't think I know what it is. I also seem to have lost any mention of BT Privacy Caller Display and BT Call Protect on my bills - although I know I do still have these features. Any help please?
