Trying to change my recovery email on my account. Enter correct password (adder all, I have signed in with it) but system says wrong password. No-one to talk to about this! Any fix?
Hi @sivich, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Changing your password may help, you can do by using the forgotten password link on the email sign-in page. Can you try that and post back to let me know if this works?
Thanks for the welcome. If only it were that simple! I tried to do exactly as you said, but when I had entered my present password (with which it accepts my login to My BT) it then rejected my attempt to change password because it did not recognise my current password. There seems to be a problem with that whole segment of the website not recognising current logon passwords...
