I've changed my bank details and keep trying set up a direct debit. Every time I get an email from BT saying it will be done soon, but I've not received the mandate in the post to sign and send on to my bank.
I've tried 3 times, now, with no luck. Luckily I had quite a bit of credit on my account that has been used for the recent bill payments but that won't work for my next bill and I don't want to be penalised for a late payment.
Is there any way I can set up a Direct Debit online? Waiting for something to be sent in the post is obviously not the part of the system that runs smoothly.
