Re: Charged for a kit that I've returned.

if you kept the receipt from the post office give bt a call when they open and it can be marked off as returned as it might have just got lost in the post system,  or was unable to be scanned in, or some weird issue made it not associate the return to your account when it was scanned.

if you dont have the receipt any more you are prob out of luck.

Re: Charged for a kit that I've returned.

They seem to have a processing issue at the returns warehouse. I returned some kit mid January which hadn’t been processed by early Feb so I phoned customer services to give them the proof of posting evidence.

I finally received a text today to say it had been received, almost two months after I sent it!
