I’m trying to chat online but I don’t have the option it’s been like that since December and I don’t know why it won’t let me . When I say to go contact us , account and billing it just comes up with the time 7-11.
I have the option to chat for business but its not a business that I have so if any one knows why I can’t chat online from my end I would really appreciate it I’ve tired everything
