Claiming BT reward card error message

Hi all, two weeks ago we got BT broadband. Now in trying to claim the £110 reward card I’m getting the same message that others have received “Error - Please try again after some time” Can anyone kindly suggest a way of claiming?? Thanks for any help. Graham
