Claiming a BT Reward card

Hi Everyone,

Below are up-to-date instructions on how you can claim your reward card from BT. 

Step 1 - Order

  • Place an order online for the products you want
  • If BT have an offer on the product(s) you’ve chosen, BT will add an eligibility marker to your order to confirm
  • If you have ordered Broadband/Infinity and Mobile together and both have an offer, we’ll add an eligibility marker for the Broadband/Infinity product and another one for a Mobile product

 

Step 2 – Get setup

  • After the order is placed you will need to wait for your service to be setup
  • For Broadband, this means the service needs to have been installed. For Mobile, you will need to wait for your SIM and once you have received this you must activate the SIM

 

Step 3 – Claiming your reward

  • Once your service has been set up, you’ll need to wait until after any cancellation period before you can claim
  • To view, track and claim a Reward Card, you can visit Claim your reward card.  Login using your BTID and password
  • Once claimed, we’ll send the Reward Card to you within 30 days. You’ll receive it via Royal Mail 1st Class post, so you don’t need to wait in for delivery
  • You must claim your Reward Card within 3 months of your order and you’ll need to claim each Reward Card separately (if you ordered Broadband/Infinity and Mobile together)

 

Step 4 – Activate your reward card

  • We’ll send you an Activation Code once your card has been dispatched. You’ll need this to activate
  • After you have received your Reward card in the post, you’ll need to activate it within 3 months. If you don’t you’ll not be able to use the card and we’ll not be able to replace it
  • To activate, you will need to go to Pure card and follow the instruction.  Once activated, you will be able to see your PIN via the online account

 

Step 5 – Using your reward card

  • The card has a 12 month expiry date from when it was issued and you will need to use the funds before the card expires. We’ll not be able to send another card if the funds have not all been used
  • To view the balance or transactions, you can use the online portal at Pure card or by downloading the App
