Claiming mobile vouchers

I ordered a new mobile and plan last weekend and have now received and activated my new mobile. Part of the new contract was the offer of itunes or Amazon vouchers, so I went online to claim this. I filled in all my details including my order number but left the VOL Reference blank as I can't find that anywhere in any communication I've had but it won't let me submit my claim for the vouchers without this VOL Reference.

 

Can someone tell me where I can find this reference so I can submit my claim please.

I'm sorry for the problems that you're having claiming for the reward as part of your sign up to BT Mobile.  Send us over your details and we'll provide you with all the info you need to complete the web form.

I messaged Robbie my details 2 days ago, and have had no response. Can anyone else offer any help as I'm conscious time is passing since I placed my order and I'm guessing there's a time limit on how long you can wait before you claim your vouchers.

I've checked our emails and can't find anything for you. We don't accept details over a Private Message. You need to click on his, or my, user name and then on contact the mods. Once you have filled that in it sends us an email. It'll take us a few days to reply back to you.

Thank you all, but I have now finally managed to track down my VOL number - It is in the order details if I track the order online (even altho my order is complete!)

 

Can I suggest that when you email to confirm orders you include the same details inthis email as you do in the online order details, as that way it would have saved these last few days of trying to find the info!
